Sound Test:
To unlock a sound test for each of the 10 worlds, obtain a medal on all of the
levels in that world. Medal objectives for all normal stages are displayed
before beginning play in each world; to obtain a boss medal, you must defeat it
without losing a life. Once all medals are obtained you can listen to the normal
and boss stage music in the Bonus menu.
